Good quality live recordings of some of their best tunes. This band was and still is vastly under-rated. Ian Hunter is one of the great rock and roll song writers of his time and Mott The Hoople was one of the better rock bands. When they were "on" back in the 70's they kicked everyone in the hall's arse. He's still at it now at the age of 70!5/5(7).

Mad Shadows was the second album by Mott the Hoople. It was recorded in and released in the UK on Island Records in September and in the US by Atlantic Records.
