Any Way the Wind Blows is the second and final studio album by American country music duo Brother Phelps. After its release, Doug re-joined country rock band The Kentucky Headhunters, of which he and Ricky Lee were both members previous to Brother Phelps' inception. This album produced singles in its title track and "Not So Different After All", although neither charted in the Top 40 on the Billboard .

JJ Cale was a 1 of a kind musician; his songs & sound are really unique. Lots of top notch songs on this CD like: Rock-N-Roll Records, Anyway the Wind Blows, etc. I got this album as an LP when it originally came out & was so happy to find it now on CD as I hadn't heard it in many yrs. This may not be his best known album, but it's my fave by JJ Cale/5().

J.J. Cale - 5 - Lp Vinyl Record J.J "5" is very much in the same vein as Cale's previous four albums, which is to say, it is prime J.J. Cale. The album just before this one, "Troubador," is my least favorite of the early albums, as it is a little too slick for me. "5" is similar /5().

In Eric Clapton held a three day festival in Dallas, Texas, called The Crossroads Guitar Festival, which featured J.J. Cale. This gave Clapton the opportunity to ask Cale to produce an album for him. The two started working together and eventually decided to record together.
